1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Khelagor platform (khelagor.bet) and its mobile application. Khelagor is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving members in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

5 Betting Terms & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on Khelagor:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the live cash-out feature applies).
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Khelagor reserves the right to void the affected bets.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khelagor and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using any strategy with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Engaging in hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other members.
• Opening or operating an account using false information.

7 Responsible Gaming
